Greetings new RMAP Members,

You are receiving this email because you joined RMAP and have not paid for your annual dues. Normally, we do not permit anyone to join who has not paid first – but, given the proximity of the auto show and lack of access to Paypal (our president has access – but he was in China), we missed your payment.

Please take a moment to access the RMAP website ( and use the Paypal payment button on the main page. If we do not receive payment by the end of the week, we will have to forfeit your membership.

If you are having difficulty, or if you have already paid your membership, please contact Roman Mica (RMAP President) as he has direct access to the website. If you have any other questions, please contact me ( or Roman Mica (

Thank you,

Nathan Adlen RMAP Vice President

Hi Andy,

Roman forwarded the question you had regarding the RMDE with your videographers. We would be delighted to have them there; in fact, Roman and I would be happy if they attend our meals on both days.

As we are insured for our members to be the only ones to drive these cars, your videographers cannot be behind the wheel. If, on the other hand, they want to become members and/or pay for the event, that’s a different story. Also, to keep proper consanguinity among all of our visitors, we would like some form of press credentials for the videographers. Just some clips and a bio will work. We need their full name with whatever affiliation they want to be present on the badge we’ll provide.

We are being extra careful this year. Last year, we nearly had a few “tag-a-longs” who turned out to be disreputable – so I’m taking cautious steps this year for everyone who signs up. I’m sure you understand.

Anyway, we are delighted to have you and Kathy attend and look forward to meeting the rest of your crew.

All the best!

Greetings RMAP members,

If you have received this notification, we have not received your RSVP for the 2011 Rocky Mountain Driving Experience. This event will have a number cap as there is a programming and insurance requirement we must adhere to. Please go to our website, or to mark the RSVP section.

If you have any questions, or you think there’s an error, please contact me at or 303-437-0315.
